Step back in time and enjoy a guided tour of this grand seaside bungalow.
Designed in 1912 by the fashionable architect, F Kenneth Milne, as a seaside retreat for well-heeled retailer, Frederick Scarfe and his wife Mary Florence, N’Kola Donga was built by TG Lewis. The house survives as a rare example of pre-war bungalows once dotted along Adelaide’s coastline. The guided tour concludes with morning tea.

Hi Dorothy, thanks for your message. Please don’t use the PayPal option for payment – use a credit card or debit card to secure your payment. Kind regards, Henley & Grange Historical Society.
On the Face Book page it stated there would be several dates during May to visit this home. The Booking here only states Sat May 2nd?
Hi Shirley
As at 3.30pm on Tues April 14 there are still places available for our N’Kola Donga Open House event on Wed May 6 and Sat May 23 both starting at 10.00am. The May 2 event is full. Book on our Events page.
Cheers Roger (for the H&GHS)
I’m also trying to book tickets for any available day. I can’t find where to book either
All tickets to our three N’Kola Donga Open House events and the two Henley South Open House events have now sold out.
A waiting list is available for the remaining events on our Events webpage, where you can register your interest. If there is strong demand from the waiting list, the H&GHS is likely to arrange additional Open House events after May. Should this occur, you will be contacted with further details using the information provided when joining the waiting list.
