Do you have a story to tell?

The H&GHS is beginning to design its second rich media self-guided mobile walking tour of Grange. We would really like to include personal stories about memorable or interesting experiences either you’ve had (or heard from a relative or friend) at any of the places listed below.

• ‘Brig House’ @ AnglicareSA Grange – (High St)
• Old Grange School (Jetty Rd)
• ‘Half-Way’ House (Beach St)
• Old Grange Cricket Club (now Kirkcaldy Reserve)
• ‘The Grange’ (Jetty St)
• Grange Bowling Club (Wilson Crt)
• Grange Baptist Church (Beach St)
• Grange Catholic Church (demolished but was on cnr Jetty/High Street)
• Grange Uniting Church (Beach St)
• St Agnes Anglican Church (Military Rd)

Stories could be either a short text narrative (e.g. 150 – 200 words or a 1-2 minute audio recording). Images and photos to support your story are also encouraged.

Once submitted, your story may be edited for inclusion in the digital walking tour. If selected, a final draft will be emailed to you for your approval before publication. You will also be notified when the tour goes live, along with instructions on how to access it.

Privacy
All stories used in the digital walking tour will be handled confidentially as per our website’s privacy policy and attributed unless requested otherwise. Unused submissions, including personal details, will be permanently deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.
